Foundations for Safety Leadership
The Foundations for Safety Leadership (FSL) research project aims to improve safety climate on construction worksites across the United States. Through the development of a leadership training module focused on safety climate and improved hazard awareness and prevention, foremen and lead workers will gain the critical safety leadership skills necessary to become an effective safety leader. This course became an official elective module in the OSHA 30-hour training course as of January 1, 2017.

Work and Mental Health and Wellbeing in Construction Workers
This is a community-based research project examining the work-related factors that negatively contribute to mental health of an understudied population—construction workers. The data obtained from this project will be used to develop intervention programs to improve worker mental health and well-being.
All the Right Moves
All the Right Moves (ARM) was an integrated, worksite-based injury prevention and health promotion intervention for workers in commercial construction. It focused on soft tissue injury prevention, diet, physical activity, and the reduction of tobacco use.
Building Safety for Everyone
Building Safety for Everyone was a construction worksite-based program that used Predictive Solutions to recognize safe physical working conditions and practices from safety assessments and provide feedback to workers.
